The IEEE ICIA 2010 was held at Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, during the period June 20 to June 23, 2010. It was a great success and was even record-setting, IEEE ICIA 2010.

The 2010 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation (ICIA 2010) will take place in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China from June 20 to June 23, 2010.
Organized Sessions: Proposals with the title, the organizers, and a brief statement of purpose of the session must be submitted to an OS Chair by February 1, 2010. An invited session consists of at least four papers that need to be submitted electronically for review using the same procedure for all and any contributed papers.
Contributed Papers: All papers must be submitted in PDF electronic format prepared and must fully comply following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for IEEE Xplore®. The document must be at minimum 6 pages long and the maximum page limit is 8 pages with extra payment for the two extra pages. There are detailed instructions in the conference web site. All papers accepted by IEEE ICIA 2010 will be indexed by use inclusive of any relevant costs.
